The reconstruction project of Maksimir Stadium, developed in the early 2010s by the company Alpine Bau, represented an ambitious undertaking to modernise the sports infrastructure in Zagreb. The project encompassed the reconstruction of the existing stadium and the development of additional facilities through a public-private partnership model. Although it was not realised due to financial and organisational challenges, our team participated in the preparation of the competition entry, which was selected as the winning design at the time.
